Rambard, was the foundation stud dog of Fieldfine Kennels. He was sired by CH Whispering Pines Patos out of Fieldfines Tasha. He is also the #3 all-time top producing Sire in the breed history with 98 champion get, 20 Obedience tiled get and several Junior Hunters.

Rambard was shown exclusively by his breeder & Owner Dot Vooris all the way to his Championship. His first 2 shows he won back-to-back 5 point majors and in his first specialty he won Best of Breed and a Sporting Group 2. Rambard was on the Top Ten list for 4 years. A Canadian champion and 1 point short of his Bermuda. He was a multiple Group Winner in three countries. He was retired after receiving 2 Specialty Best of Breeds from the Veterans class.

In 1983 Rambard was brought out for his final dog show to the GSP National Specialty where he was in the Parade of Champions. He received a standing ovation, the greatest honor that can be bestowed on a dog who had been such a tremendous asset to the breed.

Rambard passed away 2 days following his 11th birthday in 1984. It was a very big loss for us as he was truly a part of our family. Although he has been gone for many years, we were blessed to have had several wonderful offspring from him by means of Frozen Semen.
